Are High Protein Weight Loss Diets Safe?

High-protein diets are a popular way to lose weight in recent years. Many of those promoting a healthy diet, the idea that carbohydrates should be limited, while high-protein foods such as beef, chicken, pork and fish are the main features on the menu.

Dieters can lose weight successfully on the high protein diet, but should be aware that health risks associated with this type of diet.

The American Heart Association recommends noHigh-protein diets for weight loss. The AHA Web site says that most diets lack this kind of a balance of necessary and important nutrients, "if pursued for a long time, they can lead to potential health problems."

Limitation of higher carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables, cereals, grains and low fat dairy products usually mean eating more meat, eggs and cheese, which contain a higher percentage of saturated fatty acids. Thus, a high-protein diet can:

* Prevent the body fromcomplete fat burning

* Increase the cholesterol

* Increase in blood pressure

* Put an increased risk of vitamin deficiencies

* The loss of muscle tissue

* Damage your kidneys and liver

* Blocked you do, what to severe intestinal problems;

* Increase the risk of kidney stones and osteoporosis

In addition, the AHA states that "consumption of large quantities of high fat foods for a
long period increases the riskcoronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke and various cancers. "

An article by Barbara holes ( "Protect Yourself From environmental toxins in your household," Prevention.com), warns that fish (including tuna), meat, poultry, and include full-fat dairy products, may be called-made chemical pollutants dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls, the cancer, hormonal disorders associated, and developmental delays in children who have been exposed to beforeBirth.

Another big problem there is with diet and you eat a larger quantity of meat. Given the fat-inducing hormones and antibiotics, in large quantities, the cattle are passed right along to us, as we add include juicy burgers, steaks, brats, etc. (and the spicy BBQ Grill own toxins).

Our body knows how to respond and effectively neutralizes the toxins they ... in a way. However, our bodies were not created to live in a world filled with so manyContaminants such as we face daily. When our bodies are overwhelmed by these toxins, it simply creates more fat cells, hide the toxins, we are fatter and have more difficulty in losing weight.

There are ways to limit the intake of these toxins, such as choosing low-fat or fat-free dairy products, my lean meats, trimming off the fat and skin before cooking, and decided that beans and lentils can be a healthier choice of protein. It could even become a Vegetarian, and grow your own organic food. But it is unrealistic to think that you eat in a live toxin-free environment, chemical-free food and toxin-free air to breathe.

My point is that before ... One or training on a high protein diet, do some research for the interest of your health.

It is a healthy alternative to high-protein diet. A growing number of overweight men and women turn to food for quick cleaning to achieve, but completely healthy and> Of course, weight loss. You can not escape from the toxins in our world. But you can help your body battle the dangers of toxins.

Internal cleansing can give your body a chance against fat causes disease-causing toxins, so that you can lose weight and live a healthier life.
