Eating Sugar Causes Copper Deficiency. . .SO?

Copper deficiency caused by eating too much sugar. Really? And what, you ask.

Well here is a list of symptoms due to copper deficiency: loss of hair, dry brittle hair with split ends, decreased taste and smell, drooping eyelids, skin, breast and abdomen, hernias, varicose veins and aneurysms, Kawasaki syndrome, anemia, thyroid disease, arthritis, ruptured discs, liver cirrhosis, rage and anger problems, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy andcongenital ataxia, high LDL cholesterol in the blood, collagen / tendons / ligaments problems, combat iron storage disease (too much iron in the liver), glucose (-intolerance (low blood sugar) and the low number of neutrophils, the white blood cells that fight infection ). Natural food sources of copper are much safer than the pill forms of copper.

Foods contain high copper: parsley, molasses,Carrots, green leafy vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, seafood, most grains / legumes, liver, potatoes, raisins, sugar beet and sunflower oil.

• Sugar can cause a risk factor for cancer of the gallbladder and gallstones.

• Sugar can increase kidney and producepathological changes in the kidney and can cause kidney stones.

• Sugar can increase fasting blood glucose levels.

• Sugar can cause fungal infections, and cause acid stomach.

• Sugar can weaken eyesight.

• Sugar increases the risk for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and may lead to a raw, inflamed intestinal tract in persons with gastric or duodenal ulcers.

• Sugar can cause arthritis and asthma.

• Sugar can contributeto osteoporosis.

• Sugar can contribute to eczema in children. (There's that yeast factor again!)

• And Sugar can cause high blood pressure, depression and migraines.

Sugar is important for your brain, but you should try to unprocessed, natural sugars, such as fresh fruit, if possible. The age-old recommendation is to eat fruit before noon and nothing else for the best utilization and absorption.
